Tricia Marshall, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Family & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Marshall is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Fearless Care, LLC.
As a Primary Care Provider, her focus is on patient-centered, comprehensive care. She embraces a holistic approach, addressing both mental and medical health concerns. She uses her knowledge, training and experience in partnership with her patient's unique experiences and circumstances to create a plan of care that is evidence-based and individualized. Her goal is to assist her patients in living their happiest, healthiest lives - it is a privilege she feels very passionate about.
She is also passionate about helping shape the next generation of providers and serves as a preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students as an adjunct Associate Professor at Old Dominion University in the FNP & PMHNP Programs.

Orlene Sharp, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Orlene is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who received her Master's of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, Illinois. Her nursing experience spans approximately two decades. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to care for patients in many settings including geriatrics, pediatrics, medical surgical, nephrology, and psychiatric care.
Her experience in working in psychiatric care gave her a passion for ensuring that the whole person is cared for by focusing on integrating both mind and body for each individual person. She is passionate about creating a safe, healing partnership for each person she encounters that allows for effective care.
Her goal is to become a dual certified provider with the addition of a Psychiatric-Mental health degree to continue to serve her patients and the community well.

Cathy Wasson, LCSW
Psychotherapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Cathy is an experienced licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
She has experience working with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns including: depression, anxiety, career challenges, and those struggling with homelessness. She also has worked with clients who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse, and is trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
Her therapy style is open and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and rejects stigmatizing labels. Her approach combines EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-based therapy.
She will tailor her dialog and treatment plan to meet client’s unique and specific needs. She feels that it takes courage to ask for help and engage in life-changing therapeutic interventions and is ready to be a supportive partner on that journey. Clients can expect to have some homework and plans of action to implement while working with her to effect positive change in their mental state.

Sandra Goris Teague, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Sandra Goris Teague is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia who has over 20 years’ experience in counseling. During this time, she partnered with children and their families in the foster care system, community centers, in schools and intensive in-home therapy services. She treated children and adults with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, Trauma, Grief and Personality disorders. In addition, she provided services in a psychiatric hospital to facilitate inpatient or partial hospitalization for clients dealing with severe depression, substance abuse, bipolar and psychotic conditions.
Sandra utilizes solution focused, cognitive behavior, and mindfulness-based techniques in therapy; alongside the flexibility to include other techniques to accommodate clients distinctive familial or individual needs. Sandra’s objective is to create a positive therapeutic experience to facilitate self-discovery. In this process, personal strengths will surface providing passage to achieve goals and create an individual's desired life.
