Dr. Marshall is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Fearless Care, LLC.
As a Primary Care Provider, her focus is on patient-centered, comprehensive care. She embraces a holistic approach, addressing both mental and medical health concerns. She uses her knowledge, training and experience in partnership with her patient's unique experiences and circumstances to create a plan of care that is evidence-based and individualized. Her goal is to assist her patients in living their happiest, healthiest lives - it is a privilege she feels very passionate about.
She is also passionate about helping shape the next generation of providers and serves as a preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students as served as an adjunct Associate Professor at Old Dominion University in the FNP & PMHNP Programs.

Paige Shabro, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Paige Shabro has worked in health care since 2009. Paige completed her diploma as a Registered Nurse from Sentara College of Health Professions. She went on to work as a labor and delivery nurse for the course of her nursing career. She earned her BSN in 2012 from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2017, she received her MSN from Frontier Nursing University. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She has a passion for women’s health and has a particularly strong interest in postpartum depression and mental health. Paige strives to care for her patients through evidence based practice and believes in patient centered care. It is her goal that patient's feel heard and incorporated with their health care decisions.
Paige lives in Chesapeake with her husband and two sons, Gabe and Declan. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Jessica Neamon, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Neamon is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is dedicated to providing compassionate and inclusive care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville and a Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She also holds a certificate in LGBT+ Competent Healthcare from the University of Louisville, reflecting her commitment to fostering a welcoming and affirming environment for all individuals.
Jessica is committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of her patients. She strongly believes in the mind-body connection and its role in overall, optimal health. Jessica’s goal is to empower her patients to achieve mental wellness and live fulfilling lives.

Susan Rhinelander, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Susan Rhinelander is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience; she joins Fearless Care as part of our continued commitment to providing access and high-quality care for our patients. Throughout her career, Susan has developed a strong, agile, and personal approach to medicine and patient interactions ranging from trauma and the emergency room to treating Service Members and Veterans recovering from life altering injuries and traumatic amputations. A lifelong learner, Susan embraces a holistic approach to healthcare, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. She is committed to expanding her expertise in complementary therapies, including acupuncture, yoga, and meditation, and continues to seek out advanced training in these areas. Susan is enthusiastic about supporting Fearless Care’s mission to meet the diverse individual needs of our patients with prompt, personalized, and compassionate care.
Susan lives in Norfolk, VA with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family, including four adult children.

Margarita Marmolejo DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Marmolejo is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in nursing, leadership, and military service. She earned her BSN from the University of Alabama Huntsville in 2008 and served as an Army Nurse until 2017, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2010. This experience helped shaped her approach to care and deepened her commitment to service.
After transitioning from the military, she worked as an ICU nurse in Savannah, GA, before completing her MSN from Georgia Southern University in 2019 and her DNP from Emory University in 2021.
As a primary care provider, Dr. Marmolejo is committed to evidence-based practice, with a special passion for obesity medicine and a patient centered approach to health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Dr. Marmolejo enjoys spending time with her wife, and their two dogs, Odie and Keke, in Norfolk. She loves gardening, outdoor activities, and traveling.

Amanda Seidel, LMT, BCTMB
Licensed Massage Therapist
Amanda is a Virginia State Licensed Massage Therapist, with 14 years of massage and wellness experience. A 2010 graduate of the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage, and an instructor at the school since 2018. Board Certified since 2011 by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

With 17 years of dedicated service as a military social worker and a bachelor’s degree in human services, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience in program management and a heartfelt commitment to supporting others. As a mother of 12-year-old twins, she understands the importance of empathy, resilience, and holistic growth. Her philosophy centers on the belief that true healing comes from understanding, trust, and genuine human connection. She is driven by a passion to guide individuals on their journey to a healthier lifestyle, offering compassionate and professional support that empowers them to thrive. Tiffany feels that every interaction is an opportunity to foster hope, well-being, and positive transformation.

With 8 years of experience in the healthcare field, Jakea Taylolr is a dedicated and compassionate medical assistant committed to providing high-quality care to patients. Skilled in patient intake, clinical support, and assisting with medical procedures, Jakea excels at creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients. From routine exams to managing medical records, she also brings efficiency and professionalism to every aspect of patient care, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all. She is passionate about fostering connections and delivering care that is not only efficient but also filled with empathy and understanding. In her downtime she enjoys spending quality time with her kids and fiancé, and friends.

Melissa is a beacon of compassion and service, having dedicated over 10,000 volunteer hours to helping others. With 15 years of experience as a certified caseworker with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, she embodies the qualities of empathy and understanding essential for those in need. As a spouse of an active-duty service member, Melissa intimately understands the unique challenges faced by military families, fostering a supportive and trusting environment for those around her. Through her tireless efforts and genuine care, she continues to uplift and inspire, exemplifying the true spirit of selfless service

Dottie
Therapy Dog (in training)
Dottie is a rescue pup, adopted from the Hope for Life Rescue. Prior to her arrival at the rescue, she was part of a litter of stray dogs, picked up by animal control, near Charlotte, NC. She obtained her position as a therapy dog (in training) after Dr. Marshall "foster failed" during her time with her, as an 8-10 week old puppy. She loves people, playing, treats and exercise. She has an interspecies brother, a hedgehog named Geoffrey, who can also be seen in the office sometimes. She looks forward to providing comfort and joy to all who encounter her.
